Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Singapore only. We’re working on adding international shipping soon.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is $5 for all orders under $80. Orders over $80 ship for free.

How long does it take to ship my order?
We ship within 1–2 business days. Once your order is sent, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, fill out our contact form.

What kind of materials do you use?
We use natural materials like linen, rattan, and cotton. All items are made in small batches by independent makers in Singapore and Bali.

Can I send this as a gift?
Yes — just leave a note at checkout and we’ll skip the invoice and can include a gift message.

Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
We don’t offer custom items at the moment, but feel free to contact us if you’re interested in bulk orders for events or styling.
